I like it quite a bit, the fog and ghostlike trees really add some emotion to the piece. The lighting is good as well.

Only part that throws me off is the leaves in the air. Would have liked to see them a bit more varied (in size and skewed to look like they're turning)

Power of the building and darkness of the trees is a great combination and it's making wallpaper really nice; leaves can be better. When I saw wallpaper first time I thought that's not leaves, but spiders. Jbryanm is advising good.
